Eswaran is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 18 years’ experience who has worked on a wide variety of construction projects such as Commercial, Residential, Electromechanical, Infrastructure & Utilities, Marine, and Industrial as a Contractor, Client, and Consultant across Sri Lanka, Qatar, U.A.E and Oman. Eswaran excels at managing and advising the commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects and he is comfortable leading a team of Quantity Surveyors on Post Contract works.

Anura is an MBA graduate and Sri Lanka registered incorporated Engineer with over 20 years of international experience gained in Qatar, Oman and the UAE. He has extensive and diverse project experience including commercial offices, hospitality, retail, educational institutions, fit out works as well as specialist healthcare/ research facilities.

Krishanthi is a Head of Pre Contract, chartered, and qualified Quantity Surveyor with over 14 years pre and post-contract phases construction experience in Sri Lanka and the Middle East, including 8 years in Dubai. With extensive experience Pre Contract, Krishanthi’s role within iPCOM includes managing and coordinating multidisciplinary Pre Contract teams.

An experienced professional Quantity Surveyor, Anuradha has extensive knowledge and specializes in complex, mixed-use, commercial, residential, and hotel sectors, Having worked on large residential, commercial, hotel, and mixed-use development schemes throughout the different geographical areas including the West African region, UAE, Qatar & Sri Lanka.

Sawani is a Sustainability Studies Graduate and has experience in Operations, outreach assistance, and Marketing at United States Green Building Council, Los Angeles. She has much knowledge in Sustainability and the effects of Global Climate Change on demographic groups in the Global South. She is a LEED GA (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Associate) licensed professional in the U.S. She also worked as an AmeriCorps fellow as a teacher for K-5 students in the San Francisco Bay area. Sawani works as a Client Representative Manager at iPCOM Consultancy.
URESHA SHAMINI

Uresha is a Higher National Diploma Holder in Construction Technology and experience in Civil Engineering field. She is currently following Diploma in Human Resource Management and Bsc. in ICT. She is holding the Administrative Secretary role in iPCOM Consultancy.
