Service Description

Life cycle costing is an assessment technique that enables "comparative valuation" of the performance of a project or a constructed facility over its operating life. The life cycle costing assessment process takes into account initial capital cost, operational cost, maintenance cost, residual, and disposal costs. In this way, both the economic and non-economic performances of the constructed facility can be evaluated. The building clients can thus obtain the best value for their money. NRM3 describes whole life cost as all-important initial costs, future costs, and benefits of a building facility or an asset throughout its project life cycle.
